Items to be prepared by teams / players

①Clothing
First and foremost, the players outfit should be well fitted. Loose clothing only create a larger target for your opponents.

②Shoes
Shoes with metal spikes are prohibited. Since long boots restrict movements, the ideal foodwear are sport shoes with rubber soles for traction.
